Facebook Vs Google

In the recent past and even still now Facebook has offered Google employees (among other company employees) stock if they join their team. Google would respond by offering raises and stock to some lucky people like an engineer who made 150,000 turned down a 15% raise plus 500,000 in restricted stock and left for Facebook.
