Ok so everyone in the world is talking about the rumored $5.3 billion dollar Google Groupon offer at the moment, The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the deal has not yet been sealed and that Groupon’s board of directors is holding a conference call tomorrow (Wednesday) to decide on whether or not they will accept Google’s offer.
